Oh, Darn! I've got a cold

I was so looking forward to reporting to you in the Spring that this was the first winter in forever that I did not get sick at all. Well, I guess I can't honestly do that now, but I still think the results are exciting, and Vivix has really improved my immune system. Here's why I say that.

Com'n! How can you really tell if your immune system is stronger? I used to think the only way you would know that is if you just didn't get sick as often; in other words, something that could only be measured over years. Well, I feel differently now. Even though I take very, very good care of myself (eat well, supplement well, exercise well, etc.) I have always had sinus problems, and once the weather turned cool in the Fall, waking up every morning meant having stuffed-up sinuses. It meant every morning I used the nettie pot to clean them out, and sipped a little osha (a native American herb) to shrink them down. And then getting a cold meant even more complex problems.

This morning, with a cold, is the first morning since I started taking Vivix that I have been stuffy in the nose and sinuses. This Fall has been wonderful! I feel like my immune system is so much stronger because of Vivix. Of course, I've reported that my energy level and my stamina are significantly better, so I don't get that "run down" feeling like I used to. And for some reason, I just feel that I'm not as vulnerable to the little sicknesses that run rampant in our society this time of year.

So I'm a little disappointed I can't report to you that I had an absolutely cold-free winter. But I am ecstatic to report to you that even though I have a cold, it doesn't feel like it's taken over my life. And I am so happy to report that since starting to take Vivix, my sinuses have been clearer than they have been for many, many, many years - shall we say "25" or so....?

So you're feelin' better, huh?

One morning recently during one of my 30-minute swims (2 or 3 times a week), I realized that I felt rather down - my energy level was kind of low. I didn't seem to have much drive for going through with the rest of those 16 laps I do in the middle of the workout (sort of the meat and potatoes of the deal). I could tell my body was just not giving forth like I've gotten used to recently. But I gave it a little kick in the pants (in the head, actually), and surprise (!), I had some energy to give it. Now that, my friends, is different. You see, this little "low energy deal" is something I've dealt with frequently on a cyclical basis for almost 15 years. Then I remembered just how frequently I used to feel that way, only much, much worse, and when I tried to give it the kick in the pants, there wasn't anything there to provide the oomph.

How quickly we forget, and how quickly I have forgotten, the constant pain, tight muscles, low energy, and general overall crappy feeling that used to be the norm for me. Sure, I still have ups and downs, high energy and low energy, some days of a little pain, some tight muscles. This I can tell you - in the past 3 months, some of my worst days (most pain, least energy, tightest muscles, etc.) have been more like what I used to experience on almost a daily basis. And before I started using Vivix, the worst days were ugly. I got through them, but they were ugly.

Some of my skeptical friends will say - "...so I thought this Vivix stuff was making you feel better." Yes, my skeptical friends, it is making me feel better. Am I going to have a perfect life? No. Am I feeling much, much better now? Yes. Bottom line: my chronic pain has been reduced by at least 50% since I started taking Vivix. How does that make me feel? ....at least 10 years younger......already....

Let's see, the list gets better and better over time:
more energy
more stamina
increased libido
reduced chronic pain
reduced muscle spasms
brighter outlook

....there's more.....stay tuned....
